Our expertise includes acquisition and bid finance, structured finance, syndicated lending, secured lending, project finance, trade finance, asset finance and workouts and restructurings.

Our team works to ensure that banking transactions proceed quickly and effectively. Our vast experience in this market means we can put any transaction into the right context and provide the most appropriate solution. We're a team of around 130 people, including around 40 partners. Our lawyers advise on global banking issues from our locations around the world.
