Debt Capital Markets
Our DCM Practice advises on a variety of debt instruments, ranging from debt programmes (Medium Term Notes, Commercial Paper and Certificates of Deposit), standalones, private placements, structured finance to convertibles & exchangeables.

In addition, the DCM Practice has considerable experience advising on:
