We advise on day-to-day issues such as disciplinary, grievance and industrial relations. We also contribute to corporate transactions and to change management. When required, we work closely with the firm’s experts in other areas.

When disputes arise, we are experienced in advising on Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) proceedings. Our team also includes in-house Solicitor Advocates, who regularly appear in the Court of Session. It’s important to consider all the ways of resolving a dispute, however, and we are also skilled in all the commonly used alternative approaches.

We also provide bespoke training, and an HR consultancy service for clients whose needs go beyond legal advice.
