- Acting as Egyptian legal counsel Energean Plc on the Egyptian law aspects of its acquisition of Edison E&P from Edison SpA, in a global deal that spanned across Italy, Egypt, UK, Croatia and Greece, with an estimated final net consideration of USD of $203 million.
- Advising Dragon Oil Ltd in relation to the execution and post-completion of the acquisition of BP's stake in 11 oil exploration and production concessions and the Gulf of Suez Oil Company (GUPCO), with an estimated value of USD 600 million.
