The team's integrated approach addresses acquisitions, deal structuring, drafting resolution plans, legal due diligence, and representation before the NCLT, NCLAT, Supreme Court, and other judicial fora.
The firm has considerable experience representing creditors, resolution professionals, distressed corporates, and resolution applicants, as well as stressed assets funds, banks, financial institutions, and private equity players in evaluating investments through debt, equity, and synthetic instruments. The practice works closely with Banking & Finance, M&A, Tax, Employment, and Dispute Resolution teams to provide comprehensive solutions.
The firm has also played a significant role in policy making, with its Executive Chairman having served on the Insolvency Law Committee and the cross-border insolvency committee constituted by the Government of India.
