The firm has India's largest dedicated Competition Law practice, with nearly 28 lawyers including 13 partners, and a proven track record of steering clients through India's largest transactions, complex investigations, and high-stakes litigation before the CCI, DG, NCLAT, Supreme Court, and High Courts.

The team advises across the full life cycle of competition law — from merger control filings and Phase I/II approvals, remedies and multi-jurisdictional coordination, to cartel risk assessments, leniency applications, abuse of dominance matters, vertical and horizontal agreement advisory, competition litigation, damages claims, compliance programmes, dawn raid readiness, and policy advocacy.

The firm's clients span virtually every sector of the Indian economy, including leading Indian and international corporations, private equity investors, digital platforms, public sector undertakings, and trade associations. The practice regularly engages with the CCI and the office of the Director General in relation to complaints, investigations, and enforcement proceedings, and actively contributes to competition policy development through engagement with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, CII, FICCI, USIBC, and the Committee on Digital Competition Law.
