  • Advised Federal Bank Limited and IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited in relation to the issue of eligible Tier 2 capital in compliance of RBI Guidelines plus green shoe option in compliance of Basel III Guidelines in the nature of rated, fully paid, taxable, redeemable, subordinated, unsecured, non-convertible debentures at par aggregating to Rs. 700 Crores in total.
  • Syndicated Term Loan facility of Rs.10,000 crore to Vedanta Limited.
  • Advised SBI and SBICaps in relation to syndicated facilities of over Rs. 9,500 Crores to construct coal gasification-based urea manufacturing complex at existing site of Fertilizer Corporation of India Limited in Talcher, Odisha.
  • Advised on enforceability opinion for LIC Housing Finance Limited in issuance of Tier II bonds for raising funds by LIC Housing.
