Specially, partner Daniel Rueda Kramer who has been advisor of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and of the National Corporation for Development, in the drafting of the bill of PPP and of the Decree regulating PPP projects. 

Our law firm is known in the legal market for rendering tax advice to Agricultural Enterprises.

The partner of the firm Félix Abadi, is head professor of Tax in University ORT and curret President of the prestigious Uruguayan Institute of Tax Studies.
