Also specializes in giving advice on public and private offerings of debt and equity securities. Likewise, the firm has strong focus on giving permanent legal counselling in regulation matters.
Additionally, our team has broad experience in processes relating to asset securitization, creation of investment funds and private capital funds, creation of structured products, as well as in provides legal advice to both local and international companies interested in entering the Peruvian market, through process of public tender offers or the incorporation of a regulated entity.
We have participated in the most iconic transactions in cross border debt capital markets involving the Republic of Peru, the city of Lima and the largest state owned companies in Peru.
The team at RLN advised the arrangers of a transaction for the Republic of Peru (Up to USD 4 billion for the tender offer and up to USD 3 billion for the USD-denominated bonds). The Republic of Peru conducted an exchange and tender offer and stand-alone cash tender offer for several of the outstanding sovereign bond issues placed in the international market. .
