Our Oil and Gas team advises on the exploration, production, refining, transport, distribution and commercialization of oil and gas, and on services related to these industries.

In upstream, we advise on exploration and production contract negotiation Peru’s oil and gas national agency, Perupetro. We assist on permitting and operating, venture and service agreements between operating or non-operating, both local and international companies and on compliance with regulations applicable to hydrocarbon activities and on administrative and sanctioning proceedings.

In downstream, we advise on permitting and refining, transformation, sale, storage, commercialization and transport of hydrocarbons and its derivatives (fuel, GLP, GNV, GNC) and on development of projects for transport and distribution of gas.
