Overview
Our Mining Law group is the most prominent and active in the country. We specialize in providing strategic advice on planning and execution of the different stages of the mining business, from the acquisition of mining concessions to the mine closure.
We have extensive experience in the acquisition, sale or consolidation of mining projects and in conducting due diligences and environmental audits.
We represents clients on proceedings for securing permits for mining activities, as well as in the legal planning, drafting and execution of contractual, fiscal and labor legal frameworks that must be considered prior to construction, and the execution of Legal Stability Agreements.
Our practice group houses three sub-areas: (i) corporate law and tax planning, (ii) permitting and compliance with mining related obligations and (iii) environmental law.
