The department is well versed in all matters concerning labour, employment, and social security. It provides both litigation and consultancy services, the latter still experiencing an increase in demand from clients due to the recent labour reforms. On the litigation front, the team is experienced in all levels of the courts, in a range of cases covering collective disputes and bargaining, occupational accidents, and disability.

Our team is composed of highly specialized Partners and Associates that have vast experience acting before the Ministry of Labour and Social Security and the Labour Oversight Agency, as well as strong academic credentials.

The group advises on due diligence procedures for M&As, union negotiations, variable pay schemes, voluntary redundancy, overtime issues, collective agreements, strike actions, outsourcing, global mobility, and health and safety, amongst other matters.
