Relevant operations included advising BBVA on regulatory matters concerning the introduction of a new credit card. Other clients include BNP Paribas, Banco Primus, Barclays and CaixaBank as well as the Ministry of Finance. The firm has advised Banif Bank within the merger operation, which was one of the largest over the past decade in Portugal.
