We specialise in assisting employers in all legal issues arising the area of People & Culture. We advise on hirings, terminations, dispute resolution, internal investigations, compensations and benefits, restructuring and internal policies and regulations which are very important in Poland due to their contractual nature. Recently a big theme is forming teams of IT engineers which develop software for European and US Clients. This involves strong focus on acquisition of IP rights which is a challenge when the workers have contractor agreements. Our Immigration Department handles hundreds of cases consisting in bringing in talent from outside of the EU.
