The Quantuma Disputes, Investigations and Valuations team was established in 2018 and today comprises over 30 people in the UK across London, Guildford, Manchester, Birmingham and Glasgow, although many of its cases are global in nature.
The team is experienced, credible and highly regarded and seeks to adopt a commercial and pragmatic approach to instructions. As part of Quantuma and the wider K3 Advisory Group, the team benefits from the expertise of colleagues across different service lines where required.
Senior members have acted as expert witness in hundreds of disputes across a wide range of industries and with quantum ranging from hundreds of thousands to billions of pounds. All senior experts have given evidence under cross-examination on multiple occasions.
In addition to an expert witness role, the team is regularly instructed as expert advisor, expert determiner or investigator.
