We have extensive expertise with cross-border finance transactions, in particular leveraged and acquisition finance, fund finance, project finance, real estate finance and corporate finance, which are at the core of our practice. With a highly experienced team we execute transactions smoothly and quickly find workable solutions to our clients’ issues.
 
We also advice on all types of financial restructurings, working closely alongside our market leading restructuring and insolvency team.
 
Building on our long history of advising the Danish government, we have unique experience within financial regulation.
