We are instructed by the most sophisticated clients on high value and complex transactions and regulatory issues spanning the entire spectrum of banking and finance. We advise financial institutions, private equity and financial sponsors and corporate borrowers, as well as government authorities.
We have extensive expertise with cross-border finance transactions, in particular leveraged and acquisition finance, fund finance, project finance, real estate finance and corporate finance, which are at the core of our practice. With a highly experienced team we execute transactions smoothly and quickly find workable solutions to our clients’ issues.
We also advice on all types of financial restructurings, working closely alongside our market leading restructuring and insolvency team.
Building on our long history of advising the Danish government, we have unique experience within financial regulation.

The banking and finance team assists with acquisition and project financing, as well as refinancing mandates.
