PLMJ's Projects and Energy team assists investors in the design and implementation of major investment projects, with a particular focus on the energy sector. Our clients choose us because of our in-depth knowledge of the various sectors in which we operate. This enables us to provide regulatory support in the implementation of each project.

We form multidisciplinary teams to meet any challenge, so that our clients can rely on legal advice that combines specific legal knowledge of each dimension of the project.

We implement and provide ongoing support for the most important infrastructure and energy projects in Portugal, advising both promoters and financiers. Our experience also includes advising on international projects to structure and implement infrastructure, energy, mining and industrial projects in countries where the official language is Portuguese, in particular Angola and Mozambique.

Our team has an integrated view of each industry and project, particularly in areas such as public law, environment, finance, tax, employment and labour, and restructuring.
