The administrative litigation practice at municipal, state and federal levels and the results obtained indicate the importance of our tax controversy practice in reversing tax delinquency notices and penalties imposed by administrative authorities.

We also keep close track of relevant regulatory developments as well as those in judicial and administrative decisions, which helps us identify new opportunities in the interest of our clients.

In addition, we deal with alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. Our team plays an active role in tax audits conducted by the Federal Revenue Office and by state and municipal tax authorities.
