About

Provided by Parga, Montes & Vasseur Abogados Laborales

Parga Montes Vasseur, Laborales (PMV) advises national and international companies of different industries in their labour and employment affairs.

Faced with the challenges of increasingly complex labour legislation, and maintaining a focus on the business, risks, and commercial environment in which our clients operate, our team has experience in advising companies in different areas and industries on labour issues.

They develop their practice by providing labour corporate advice to companies and representing them in highly complex trials at the national level, such as lawsuits involving fundamental labour rights, trade union affairs and other matters of high relevance to the clients’ businesses. They also have broad expertise in collective bargaining matters and day-to-day general labour consulting.

PMV also provides advice to the Chilean subsidiaries of international companies, supporting labour migration processes and advising in legal matters in Chile with cross border implications for their parent companies. To that avail, we prepare legal reports for global clients on Chilean and comparative legislation with the purpose of analysing international contingencies in cross-border processes.

Clients include large retail companies, mining, insurance, forestry, clinics, consulting firms, shipping, manufacturing, wineries, hotels, agribusiness, IT, and regulated companies, among others.
