Since opening an office in Istanbul in 1997, we have grown to become one of the leading international firms in Turkey. Our teams provide a comprehensive service in business and finance law and have extensive knowledge of the local market.

We regularly assist foreign investors with their projects in Turkey, and we provide Turkish companies with support for their international operations. Our teams have industry-leading expertise in transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring and project financing.

Over the last three decades, we have been involved in some of the largest investment projects in Turkey. In addition, we have developed high-level experience in competition/distribution, compliance, commercial litigation and arbitration, tax, intellectual property and employment law.
