About

Provided by Gide Loyrette Nouel

Gide's Intellectual Property practice is one of the largest practices of specialist lawyers in France, covering the full spectrum of intellectual property rights in both advisory and litigation matters: patents, trademarks, designs, copyright, neighbouring rights, unfair competition and trade secrets.

In litigation, we have developed recognised expertise before civil and criminal courts, intellectual property offices (INPI, EUIPO), the courts of the European Union (General Court and Court of Justice) and the Unified Patent Court (UPC), where we plead in both French and English. We also have extensive experience of cross-border litigation, particularly in patent and trademark matters.

As advisers, we work alongside major French and international players on innovative projects and growth operations.

Finally, we have a significant trademark and design management practice in France and worldwide.
