Our Employment & Labour practice area has been recognised for its advice on contentious and non-contentious matters relating termination & dismissal, redundancy and discrimination and non-contentious matters including advisory on employment contracts, employment policies and procedures, review of HR manuals & policies, advising on staff restructuring.
