The Corporate and M&A practice area provides two types of services to both domestic and international clients. The first service is categorised as advice in all types of corporate transactions and acquisitions, as we have taken part in numerous transactions in various sectors, specialising in the energy, industrial, services, telecommunications, property and distribution fields.
The second service consists of daily advice as a result of global agreements with our main clients, enabling us to have an extensive knowledge of their business with the aim of providing legal advice which is focused on achieving our clients´ strategic goals.
The Firm occupies secretary and/or legal advice positions in Boards of Directors within leading businesses in sectors such as energy, industrial, retail and leisure.
