Starting with strategic counseling, we advise employers in a broad spectrum of industries on all aspects of employment law and labor relations. Much of our advice is preventative in nature, conducted with the goals of minimizing or eliminating employers’ exposure to liability and costly litigation, and fostering productive relationships between employers and their work forces. We draft and review employment policies, and consult with clients regarding termination or discipline, and the design and implementation of management seminars and training.
