Ogier’s Corporate and Finance, including Investment Funds, practice is comprised of three separate teams.

Ogier's Corporate team in Guernsey advises on a broad range of industry sectors, commercial opportunities and investment-related transactions, and brings that knowledge to bear on each instruction.
