Some of the more prominent clients that ODI has represented are the Bank Assets Management Company, SKB Societete Generale, EBRD, NLB, NKBM, Abanka, Sparkasse, Unicredit and Česka Sporitelna Bank.
ODI also specializes in corporate governance advisory and compliance reviews. ODI regularly supports Slovenian strategically important companies, such as PETROL, Perutnina Ptuj and Cetis, with preparation of shareholders’ meetings and acts as a chairman of shareholders’ meetings.
