Foreign desks The team regularly acts for construction companies and financial institutions on major developments projects in the Indian oil and gas sector. Particularly experienced in advising on wind and solar energy mandates, the team is led by Nick Merritt. It advised Reliance Power on the financing and development of a power plant in Meghnaghat, with a receiving terminal located in Bangladesh. The Singapore office leads much of the firm's Malaysia-related projects and energy work, including M&A, joint ventures and financings.
