Overview of the practice

The insurance practice consists of a team of over 50 insurance lawyers in South Africa and across Africa dedicated to the insurance and reinsurance industry.  The team advises on all contentious, regulatory and transaction insurance and reinsurance matters.  The team members have extensive local experience and industry knowledge with the ability to provide integrated advice on domestic and cross-border mandates throughout Africa, and the training and support of the local insurance and financial institution sectors.
