Norton Rose Fulbright's employee benefits team has been representing multinational clients in employee benefits, executive compensation and ERISA matters for more than 40 years.
The core team is composed of two partners and six other lawyers based in Houston, Texas who advise exclusively on employee benefits and executive compensation matters. Additionally, we have one partner based in Dallas and two partners in New York along with a senior counsel who practice in the area of employee benefits and executive compensation. Our US labor & employment team of 23 lawyers works closely with our employee benefits team on certain matters including on ERISA litigation matters. Internationally, we have partners in Canada, the United Kingdom, and South Africa who also advise on employee benefits and executive compensation matters.
We are well experienced in creating and counseling employers on sophisticated employee benefit plan matters and defending employers in disputes arising out of employee benefits, executive compensation and other ERISA issues.
