Advised easyJet on the sale and leaseback of 56 of its Airbus A320 NEO family and A320 CEO family aircraft.

Acted for KfW IPEX-Bank in relation to a number of Hermes-backed debt holidays to assist clients in the cruise sector managing their liquidity needs throughout the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Advised the Lagos State Government on a USD200 million bridge loan from Africa Finance Corporation in connection with the delivery of the Blue Line Metro PPP project.
