What the Team is Known For

Nine Chambers is a strong set of barristers who regularly appear in the County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal, as well as the First-tier Tribunal. This set's barristers handle a wide variety of property cases and company and insolvency matters. Instructing solicitors applaud the skillsets of the barristers at this set, highlighting that they "are able to identify the issues correctly and offer sound legal, practical and commercial advice." Recent highlights include representing the claimant in The Wells Communities CLC v Mr David Higham and Others where it was found that there was an issue to be tried as to whether the proceedings were properly authorised.
