The Competition and European Law practice area provides advice before Spanish and EU Institutions and Spanish and EU Courts. The practice of the Department is mainly focused on compliance matters, infringement proceedings/contentious work, merger control and damages claims for Competition law infringements.

As a boutique law firm, most of our clients come to us seeking representation in highly complex matters and on sectors in which recurrent advice is needed, on the account of the duration and diversity of the proceedings.
