We are known for high value, complex financial provision cases often involving businesses, farms or trusts. We are experienced in dealing with financial provision divorce cases where the parties are also in business together.   

For our English family law work we have a truly unique offering, with three English qualified solicitors in the team. We believe that we remain the only Scottish-based firm equipped to comfortably and confidently undertake pure divorce/financial remedy/child work in the courts of England and Wales. 

With our cross-Border expertise, we are able to offer a unique service, providing both the Scots and English elements in intra-UK child cases. 

We have unparalleled experience in assisting various local authorities in public child law cases, including the handling of a series of ground-breaking cases involving children from England placed in secure accommodation in Scotland.
