Real Estate Transactions

We handle deals ranging from a single-property sale to multi-state transfers and complex financings, drafting and negotiating contracts of sale, letters of intent, leases, restrictive covenants, deeds, easements, construction contracts, asset and stock purchase agreements, merger documents, and association agreements. We also provide the state-law and bankruptcy opinions that large, complex transactions require.

We work first toward a constructive resolution—through negotiation, mediation, or early disposition—and litigate when that isn't possible. We represent clients before all Delaware courts and before state and local agencies.
