- Assistance to Accession Capital Partners in the exit from Profi SA
- Assistance to Accession Capital Partners in the financing of the management buyout of TATUUM
- Assistance to a consortium of investors, including Michał Grom, Maciej Zużałek, and Acession Capital Partners in the management buyout of 100% shares in Smyk from Bridgepoint
- Assistance to BA Glass in acquiring a glass production enterprise in Orzesze from CP Glass
- Assistance to Lagardère Travel Retail in acquiring 145 Costa Coffee cafés in Poland and 11 in Latvia from Costa Coffee
- Assistance to Ewa Szmidt, President of Empik S.A., in acquiring a controlling stake in Empik from Penta Investments
MJH's expertise is particularly strong in private transactions across FMCG, IT/new technologies, heavy industry/logistics, and telecommunications sectors. In capital markets, the firm has advised on two successful IPOs on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Shoper and Captor Therapeutics) and provided complex advisory services to the Italian GI Group in connection with their acquisition of Workservice, a major regional recruitment platform.
