  • Tower | Advised dual-listed insurer Tower (NZX/ASX: TWR) on its NZD45m capital return via Court – approved Scheme of Arrangement, including IRD and shareholder approvals, NZX compliance, and Reserve Bank engagement.
  • Volpara | Advised on its acquisition by Lunit via a scheme of arrangement – the first NZ court order cancelling option shares under section 237 and the first scheme for a solely ASX-listed company, marking a global tech consolidation.
  • Ngāi Tahu | Advised on joint venture formation with Fiera Comox to acquire forestry assets and rights, managing a 225,000m³ annual harvest. The transaction is a finalist in the NZ Institute of Financial Services deal of the year awards.
  • Z Energy | Advised Z (and parent Ampol) on developing a new loyalty scheme to replace Flybuys and Z Pumped, including sale and wind-down of Flybuys, Airpoints integration, and fuel discount alignment with Foodstuffs.
