- Acted for Te Tai Ōhanga | The Treasury on the Crown's NZD2.1 billion purchase of the shares in Kiwi Group Holdings. Kiwi Group Holdings is the parent company of Kiwibank, the fifth-largest bank in New Zealand by assets and the largest New Zealand-owned bank. This transaction allowed the Crown to retain New Zealand ownership of Kiwibank.
- Advised Channel Infrastructure on the public offer of NZD100 million unsecured, unsubordinated fixed rate bonds.
