• Acted for the syndicate lenders of Vodafone New Zealand Limited on its sale of its passive mobile tower business for NZD1.7 billion. The business was sold to funds managed or advised by leading global investors InfraRed Capital Partners and Northleaf Capital Partners.
• Acted for Te Tai Ōhanga | The Treasury on the Crown's NZD2.1 billion purchase of the shares in Kiwi Group Holdings. Kiwi Group Holdings is the parent company of Kiwibank, the fifth-largest bank in New Zealand by assets and the largest New Zealand-owned bank. This transaction allowed the Crown to retain New Zealand ownership of Kiwibank.
• Advised Channel Infrastructure on the public offer of NZD100 million unsecured, unsubordinated fixed rate bonds.
