The Firm’s Antitrust and Competition Practice handles all aspects of antitrust and competition law matters. Our team has particular expertise in merger control and filings before the competition authorities, investigations and high-stake antitrust litigation. The team is well-known for successfully challenging rulings and resolutions before the Federal Competition Commission (COFECE), the Federal Telecommunications Institute (FTI), and the Mexican Federal Courts.
