Our firm has extensive and varied experience in this area and has handled in numerous cases of insolvency, receivership and stays of proceedings of great impact in Israel’s economy. Attorneys in the firm have and currently serve as appointees (liquidators, receivers or trustees in stays of proceedings) in complex cases of insolvency of infrastructure companies, construction companies, computer and programming companies, commercial companies and others. In these capacities, they executed complicated rehabilitation plans for the companies, realization of assets, investigations, examinations of proofs of claim and restitution to creditors according to creditor priorities under law and more.

Our firm is also entrusted to represent creditors, both secured and unsecured, in defending their rights in situations of insolvency of debtors, such as by realizing assets and handing complex creditor rights disputes.
