McGrath North’s dynamic team serves as advisors and advocates for national, regional, and local businesses in managing their workplaces and workforces.

Our goal is to minimize the broad range of potential risks that arise in business environments ranging from offices to manufacturing plans and to maximize the company’s compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. To accomplish this, our team of 12 lawyers works with our clients’ business leaders, human resources managers, benefits managers, and in-house counsel to create practical, value-aligned strategies and solutions.

Because our clients operate across many industries, we also have a practical understanding so we can more effectively partner with you on a broad range of your company’s needs including: litigating and defending employment claims, conducting labor negotiations and arbitration; structuring and preparing employment contracts and restrictive covenants; counseling and advocacy in areas of discrimination and harassment, wage and hour, and workplace safety; benefits structuring and compliance; and workforce immigration counseling and advocacy.
