We are also well skilled in IP registration and prosecution matters and manage significant portfolios on behalf of numerous clients, with Kelly Hudson being a dual qualified solicitor and trade mark attorney. We also often prepare and negotiate commercial agreements for clients, ranging from licenses and assignments to distribution and manufacturing agreements. We are also a regular provider of Intellectual Property Office funded IP audits.
