McCullough Robertson’s Financial Services team is the largest group of specialist practitioners in Queensland with clients located throughout Australia.

We are regularly engaged to advise on complex and sensitive matters and have assisted with more than 200 AFSL and ACL applications and variations and act for clients in their regulatory and enforcement dealings with ASIC.

We provide a seamless and integrated legal service with our contentious regulatory team, led by Jason Munstermann.

Our specialist team advise a wide variety of regulated and unregulated participants, including Australian and international fund managers, IDPS and MDA operators, payment providers, regulated credit providers, financial planners, foreign exchange and derivative dealers, cryptocurrency issuers, crowd-sourced funding providers and international law firms, on the regulatory obligations arising under the financial services provisions of the Corporations Act, Payment Systems Act, National Credit Code and related legislation, and AML/CTF legislation.
