The Dispute Resolution team represents domestic and international clients in trial, appellate and higher courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings held under the rules of the main domestic and international arbitration institutions.

Our experience includes handling legal disputes involving a wide variety of matters, including consumer protection laws, antitrust, banking and finance, capital markets, corporate transactions, publicly traded companies and their shareholders, investment funds and their investors and service providers, project financing, construction, mining, energy (including oil and its by-products), agreements with the government, technology, insurance and pensions, NGOs, succession rights, real estate, telecoms and environmental.

In addition to represent our clients in court and in arbitration proceedings, our services include drafting legal opinions, affidavits and testimonies addressing the applicability of Brazilian Laws in international proceedings, assisting clients in the production of evidence in Brazil to be used in legal and arbitration proceedings abroad.
