Our Infrastructure and Project Finance team have extensive experience on all aspects of infrastructure, construction and engineering projects including some of the largest undertaken in Ireland.
We provide solution-driven advice at every stage of a project's lifecycle from concept development, public procurement and PPP contracts, planning and real estate through to project delivery, financing and dispute resolution. We pay particular attention to risk analysis and the early identification of issues using cross-disciplinary teams lead by an expert in each sector, this ensures our advice is tailored to each client’s needs.
We act for sponsors, the public sector, funders, contractors and suppliers across all sectors including education, housing, road, rail, energy, water and waste. We advise on all domestic and international contractual suites funded through a wide range of structures.
Our construction disputes team has a proven track record and take a proactive approach in managing disputes. We have successfully represented the entire range of stakeholders in all dispute resolution forums, advising on complex issues in a broad range of sectors.
