Maples Teesdale are the UK’s leading real estate law specialists, providing innovative and truly partner led service. Our sole focus is on real estate. This means that all of our experience, knowledge, work and industry​ relationships are focused on helping our clients and their property requirements. We act for institutional fund managers, property companies, lenders and occupiers. We are instructed by 22 listed companies, and their subsidiaries, on their real estate needs.

We have a total head count of circa 80 people, comprising 60 lawyers, including 19 partners, together with about 20 support staff. Our commercial property team is similar in size to the property teams of many of our much larger competitors. We have one office in the City of London. All of our clients receive full partner commitment and attention. We handle all aspects of commercial real estate, including construction, real estate litigation, real estate finance, planning and corporate work.
