Maddocks advised Bandon Fitness, an investment vehicle of Sentinel Capital Partners, on its entry into the Australian market, including its acquisition of numerous Australian franchises and partnership with an Australian franchisee.
Maddocks advised Australian Retirement Trust on its acquisition of a 49% equity interest in Mirvac Industrial Venture, which owns industrial warehouse assets known as Switchyard at Auburn NSW and Aspect North at Kemps Creek NSW.
