We are delighted to act for a number of larger companies within Northern Ireland, but as a regional practice we are particularly focused on the broad range of small and medium-sized enterprises in the region.

We advise these clients on a wide range of business matters. From company structuring and shareholder advice to acquisition and disposal of companies, properties and other assets. We have been fortunate to advise Larne Football Club (our local success story now competing on the European stage) and Litore Promotions (the company behind the world-famous Antrim Coast Half Marathon) in relation to company, property and investment considerations. We have also advised a series of local hospitality, retail and industrial companies in succession planning, management buy-ins and secured and unsecured funding for capital projects or more general cashflow funding.

We also advise these businesses in the more contentious aspects that arise - from straightforward debt recovery matters to issuing and defending civil claims, advising in property disputes and injunctive proceedings if necessary. When companies are facing extreme difficulty we can advise on insolvency and restructuring processes and navigate directors through their roles and responsibilities.
