We are well known for our expertise in helping international participants understand and navigate local laws and regulations.

In the disputes arena, we have submitted a long list of matters involving major projects with regards to force majeure, damages claimed and investigations and tax and fees claimed.

Recent work highlights:

• Advised PV Power on its EPC contract for combined cycle LNG power project Nhon Trach 3 & 4
• Advised Petro Vietnam on an offtake agreement with Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical LLC 
• Advised PVGAS on the termsheet and JVA with AES Corporation to develop the Son My LNG terminal project
