Its members act for both individual partners as well as professional firms on a variety of matters, and are particular experts in partner departures and team moves. Other areas of specialism include cases involving allegations of harassment and sexual misconduct in partnerships.

Jonathan Cohen QC
An expert in commercial dispute resolution and employment law, who is accordingly regularly engaged to handle cases  involving partnership break-ups, which include claims by partners or members relating to employment rights. He has experience of appearing in leading Supreme Court partnership cases having appeared in Bates Van Winkelhof v Clyde & Co LLP, the leading authority on the circumstances in which members of an LLP are able to assert that they have rights as whistleblowers under the public interest disclosure litigation.

Provides substantial experience in partnership disputes arising from team moves, discrimination claims and whistle-blowing. He is also notable for his experience in the enforcement of restrictive covenants, representing both firms and individuals.
