Our Corporate/M&A group specialises in the full range of corporate and M&A work, particularly active in private equity and involved in the market’s most significant IPO transactions.
Our experts’ range of work comprises:
- M&A: from deal structuring, legal risk management, due diligence and warranties to transaction organisation, management and documentation, including regulatory consents and clearances
- Corporate advice: development and implementation of efficient company structures for group holdings or joint ventures; advice on all aspects of corporate structures, including: choice of corporate form, capital creation process, distributions, share right structuring, mergers and de-mergers, liquidation, etc.
